The Team Rudd Foundation, in partnership with Speak Freezy, the Woodbridge Metro Chamber of Commerce, and the Kiwanis Club of Edison, is working to help ensure local families have access to one of the most important meals of the day...

Breakfast.

🏳️‍🌈 **Every young person deserves to know they are loved, valued, and never alone.** ❤️

At Team Rudd Foundation, we believe that making the world a better place starts with making sure every person has a safe place to be themselves.

The reality is heartbreaking:
💔 LGBTQIA+ youth are **more than four times as likely to attempt su***de** than their peers.
💔 Nearly **40% of LGBTQIA+ young people seriously considered su***de** in the past year.
💔 LGBTQIA+ youth experience significantly higher rates of bullying, family rejection, homelessness, and discrimination than non-LGBTQIA+ youth.

That's exactly why organizations like **Generation Q** are so incredibly important.

Generation Q, a program of Queens Community House, provides **FREE** programs for LGBTQIA+ youth ages **13–21**, offering a safe, affirming place to build friendships, receive academic and job-readiness support, participate in arts and social justice programming, and connect with caring adults who believe in them. They also provide resources for families, schools, and educators to help build more supportive communities.

Sometimes the greatest gift we can give a young person isn't money or possessions—it's knowing they are accepted exactly as they are.

Last year, our **Hearts & Hands Toy Drive** was able to bring so much holiday magic to local children because of the incredible businesses and community partners who stepped up, donated, shared, and supported the mission.

Now we’re getting ready to make this year even bigger and better — and we’d love for you to join us!

Please come out for our **Christmas in July Networking Breakfast and Toy Drive Fundraiser** — a great opportunity to meet other local businesses, share ideas, build community connections, and talk about how we can all work together to make the toy drive amazing for local children and families.

If you have projects you want **done this year**, now is the time to reach out and get on the schedule. We are currently booking for **mid-October** — which means those “we’ll get to it later” projects are officially becoming “we better call The Honey-Do Lister now” projects. 😄
