Existing red oak floors, sanded flat and finished Natural with oil base polyurethane - satin sheen. Nice solid floor that needed some repairs done. All in all, it came out looking really nice. I have a ton of respect for the old timers. I've seen some new tools and technology come into the industry in my 20+ yrs, when I started out, we undercut door casings by hand. Pine wasn't so bad but oak meant your arm was going to be sore that day. There is a lot of handwork still done these days, wood floor techs are true craftsmen.

Very nice 1 1/2" red oak floor sanded flat and finished natural with oil based polyurethane. We got the black carpet pad off in the bedroom but unfortunately ran into a couple stains that wouldn't sand out of the wood. Overall, the floor is in great shape and looks brand new!
