🌧️ Storms Are Coming — Is Your Sump Pump Ready? 🌊

With a full week of rain ahead in the forecast, now’s the time to make sure your sump pump is working before the water starts rising. No one wants a flooded basement which could potentially cost thousand’s in damage.

✅ Test it by pouring water into the pit — it should kick on after a few buckets or if you can get a hose in there.
✅ Check that the discharge line is clear and flowing away from your home at least 10 feet.
✅ Make sure your backup system is working (battery or water-powered).
✅ Consider a water alarm for early flood alerts.

If your sump pump looks sketchy, hasn’t been serviced in a while, or you’re just not sure it’s up to the job — I can come take a look before the worst of it hits.
