Pruning isn't just about making a plant look nicer, it can also help encourage healthier growth and improve the overall appearance of your plant.
Some signs it may be time for a trim:
- Yellowing or damaged leaves
- Long, leggy growth with lots of spacing between leaves
- Dead or dried stems
- Vines that have become unruly or overgrown
- Leaves that are blocking light from reaching other parts of the plant
A good trim can help:
- Encourage fuller growth
- Improve airflow
- Remove damaged foliage
- Help your plant focus energy on healthy growth
Just remember not every plant should be heavily pruned all at once. Sometimes a little cleanup goes a long way!
