Locating existing storm drainage is always a great time. We finished up all the ballards and continued the storm drainage repairs and rat wall around the building. Also new waterline. Not to mention hauled off a bunch of excess soil.

Glad it’s finally done. We picked away disassembling this building over the past month. Total time about 8 days. It was definitely an experience. 50 x 50 main structure with 20’ wide lean too. 35’ tall peak 25’ tall eve.

2 new driveways and a building pad. We lay fabric down on the sub grade to avoid years of hauling in extra stone.

Dismantling our future fab shop one piece at a time in between other projects. We have been doing a lot of saw cutting on this project as well. Plumbing trenches are excavated to grade prior to there arrival.
