🏠 A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING BUSINESS OWNER! 🔨

Being a roofing business owner is about more than just running a business — it’s about being involved, building relationships, and making sure customers understand what’s going on with their roofs!

One thing I take pride in is getting out in the field, meeting with homeowners, and personally handling estimates. Building that relationship from the start and taking the time to inspect each roof helps us identify problems and find the right solutions for our customers.

During these inspections, I found underlayment on both roofs that’s approximately 20 years old and has deteriorated to the point that it needs replacement. The flat roof is also beginning to buckle, making it important to address these issues before they get worse!

From meeting with customers and inspecting roofs to managing the day-to-day operations, this is just a small glimpse into what being a roofing business owner looks like. 💪

Putting the right team together from the start. 💪

We had the opportunity to walk this commercial roof with our guys from APOC and ABC Supply Co. while putting together a bid for this project.

When it’s your anniversary… but you’re also business owners. 😂❤️

After 27 years of marriage and more than 10 years of owning a business together, we really are each other’s ride or die.

We’ve learned when to step in and help each other out, when to lift each other up, and probably most importantly… when to give each other some damn space. 🤣

We’ve built a life, a family, and a business together, and through all of it, laughing together is still my favorite.

27 years married and I’d still pick you. ❤️

What an absolute blast at the Western Roofing Expo! ❤️💙

A huge thank you to ABC Supply Co. for an incredible experience and for taking such great care of us. Special shoutout to Steve — our guy at ABC — you are seriously the best! We appreciate everything you did to make this trip one we won’t forget.

Big thank you to APOC as well for an awesome time! And one of our favorite parts of the whole trip was meeting so many great people in the roofing industry and making some new friends along the way.

We will DEFINITELY be back next year!! 🥂🏠❤️
