This project included the demolition and rebuild of two matching custom tile showers, each featuring modern large-format wall tile, mosaic shower floors, recessed shampoo niches with accent tile, upgraded plumbing fixtures, and frameless glass enclosures. The goal was to create a clean, cohesive design between both bathrooms while ensuring long-term durability with proper waterproofing and installation methods.

Patio Soundproofing Project

This customer was unable to enjoy their beautiful patio because of constant noise from the neighbor’s AC unit and pool pump.

To solve the problem, we:
✅ Framed in the openings
✅ Installed double soundproofing insulation
✅ Added soundboard for extra noise reduction
✅ Applied double-layer plywood for more soundproofing
✅ Lathed and stuccoed
✅ Painted to match the existing finish
