We are near completion of foundation work at SCS Chetek and began flatwork with 20k sqft of SOG and garage floor placement this week. This development consists of a combo of multifamily buildings and single family housing.

Happy to close out another successful project with Stevens Construction Corp. at The Waverly in Middleton.

PC provided all of the site concrete as well as the deck plaza including nearly 1000 LF of planter walls, architectural concrete layout, pool concrete and a whole lot of patio space! This project was a fun challenge to work on and we also appreciate all the help from our project partners.
