When you support a true small business like ours, here are some things your money is NOT going to:
Multimillion CEO salaries, vacation homes, endless management tiers (people who you never even meet AND who never even touch a tool to complete your job, in fact, some of these managerβs only job is to push the highest priced equipment, whether needed or not), MASSIVE advertisement budgets, etc. the list goes on and on. Itβs all corporate overhead that built into every single job. That is what youβre paying for if you donβt choose a small, family owned business. We donβt want you tricked into that!
Now, do we have overhead? Yes. Fuel, vehicle maintenance, various insurance (workerβs compensation, commercial liability, commercial vehicle, etc), permits, licenses, software, marketing, utilities, etc. are all necessary to our daily operations.
Would you be surprised to know that we offer the exact same 10-year manufacturer warranties that the big corporate companies do, but at a fair and honest price? Itβs the equipment manufacturerβs warranty and has nothing to do with the size of the company who installs the equipment. When you buy from a giant corporation, your money goes toward corporate overhead, regional managers and executive vacation homes. When you buy from us, you aren't paying for a CEO's yacht. You're supporting a local family, keeping money in our community and helping our kid chase his dream of being a hunter and fisherman. You get the exact same peace of mind on the equipment, but your money stays right here at home.
