Another one in the books!
We’re excited to officially wrap up this beautiful addition on the channel of Lake Camelot in Rome, WI.
This one was a true transformation — we tore the roof off, added a full second story, completely gutted the existing structure, and installed all new HVAC, plumbing, and wiring from the ground up.
From the warm tongue-and-groove walls and ceilings to the custom staircase, dark railings, stonework, open-concept living space, and all the finishing details, this one came together exactly how it should.
This wasn’t just another build — this was a legacy build. The homeowner purchased this property from his father-in-law and built this addition with one goal in mind: to pass it down to his kids. That’s what makes projects like this different. It’s more than lumber and finishes — it’s something that will be part of family memories for years to come.
There’s something special about watching a project go from plans and framing to a finished lake home ready to be lived in and enjoyed.
