Another one in the books! This Winthrop mudroom was built for real New England weather, custom storage tucked right into the wall, a new window for natural light, tile flooring that wipes clean after muddy boots and slushy winters, and wallpaper that makes the space feel as good as it functions. This Winthrop lower level had a wet bar nobody used and an open cubby under the stairs holding an air fryer, a stock pot, and a pile of bins. Storage down there was basically zero.

We rebuilt the entire run. Custom cabinetry with deep drawers, adjustable shelving, a custom casement built around the wine fridge, and angled cabinets that follow the pitch of the stairs. The deepest sections got pull-out shelves so nothing disappears into the back corner.

Fresh paint, new hardware, done in under two weeks.

This Arlington condo bathroom was clean, functional, and completely not the homeowner's style. Beige tile halfway up the walls, pink floor tile, and a fan older than the shower head.

She had just moved down from Maine and missed the coast, so we took the whole thing back to the studs. Deep slate subway tile, a fluted wood-tone accent wall behind the tub, a real soaking tub, and grab bars that match the hardware instead of looking like hospital equipment.

Same footprint. Completely different room.

This basement told a story. Water damage, outdated finishes, and a space the homeowners had stopped using altogether.

We gutted it back to the studs, added spray foam insulation, and put in moisture resistant LVP flooring that can actually handle being in a basement. A fresh coat of paint and some new furniture later, and this space went from a problem area to one of the most comfortable rooms in the house.

Same layout. Completely different basement. Two weeks start to finish.

Before and after time! And this one has a story behind it.

This Marblehead homeowner had a deck that was never built right to begin with. No proper posts, and over time it had started to sag right in the middle. Not a good situation, and not something you can just patch up and hope for the best.

So we did it the right way. Tore the whole thing off, built a brand new frame with proper posts and correct joist spacing, and finished it off with beautiful composite decking and white PVC fascia. The wraparound corner steps are the finishing touch -- they sweep right around the deck and welcome you into your backyard the way a deck should.

The homeowners went from a sagging safety hazard to an outdoor space they can actually enjoy all summer long. That is what we do.
