From the very beginning, this project has been a family affair.

When Stone's brother first approached us, his only request was simple: "Design the home you would design for yourself." That level of trust made this project especially meaningful, but like all of our work, the best ideas came through collaboration.

Perched above the Wenatchee Valley, this custom home is designed around a series of framed experiences rather than a single panoramic view. Corten steel fin walls extend beyond the building envelope to shape sightlines, provide passive shade, and create moments of discovery throughout the home.

The arrival sequence compresses into a sheltered entry courtyard before opening to sweeping views of the Columbia and Wenatchee Rivers, the Stuart Range, and Mission Ridge beyond. Each fin carefully choreographs the relationship between architecture, landscape, and light—turning the home into a lens for experiencing Central Washington.
