Wind patterns, view corridors, solar exposure, privacy from adjacent properties, and the desire to balance communal and private space all informed the massing strategy for this home. Two offset volumes create protected courtyards while simultaneously opening toward key views — resulting in a plan that is shaped less by geometry and more by the opportunities and constraints of the site itself.
