This project had multiple layers of failed sealer and old polymeric sand that needed to be completely removed before we could restore it the right way.

✅ Stripped away all failed coatings
✅ Removed old joint sand
✅ Re-sanded every joint with premium, non-nutrient, ASTM C144-compliant, multi-colored angular sand to the proper height
✅ Carefully taped off all French drains before sanding and sealing
✅ Vacuumed and detailed all edges and corners to eliminate excess and clumped sand
✅ Carefully prepped tight areas around the home and aluminum screen enclosure
✅ Hand-sealed all pool coping and bullnose for a clean, consistent finish

This driveway needed more than just a cleaning—it needed a complete restoration.

The w**ds had completely taken over, so we started the job a few days early by treating them with a professional-grade herbicide. When we returned two days later, every w**d was dead and ready to be removed.

From there, we got to work:

✅ Removed all w**ds and roots from the paver joints
✅ Buffed out stubborn oil stains using a professional degreaser and hot water
✅ Re-sanded every joint to the proper height
✅ Sealed the pavers with a commercial-grade, two-part, water-based polyurethane sealer
