We’re proud to share that last week, the Christian Service Center celebrated the grand reopening of its newly renovated and expanded campus in downtown Orlando! 🎉

Our team was honored to join Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, CSC CEO Carla Cox and Executive Director Eric Gray for the ribbon cutting, and we feel blessed to have been part of this project.

Thanks to the efforts of everyone involved, the center will keep providing hot meals, shelter, emergency financial assistance, child care and counseling for our neighbors in need.

Built for more than a project. Built for a purpose.

“For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.”- Hebrews 3:4

This week marks the official launch of The Church of Eleven22’s new Orlando campus, and we’re incredibly proud to have played a part in bringing this space to life.

At Batia Construction Company, some projects carry a meaning that goes well beyond the work itself. Our partnership with The Church of Eleven22 is one of them. We share a belief that what we build should serve people, strengthen communities, and have a purpose beyond the walls we construct.

Eleven22 calls itself “a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.” As that movement expands into Orlando, we’re grateful to have been trusted as a construction partner and even more grateful to see this building filled with people.

Congratulations to the entire Eleven22 team on the launch of the Orlando campus. We look forward to seeing the impact this ministry will have throughout Central Florida.

You can tell a lot about how a general contractor operates by the condition of the jobsite. Clean work areas, clear paths and properly staged materials are not just about appearances; they reflect planning, accountability and respect for everyone involved in the project. At Batia Construction Company, maintaining an organized jobsite is part of how we demonstrate Professionalism, Responsiveness and Integrity from the ground up.

Construction continues on The Tuscany House at the Winter Park Racquet Club.

This 7,019-square-foot multi-purpose clubhouse will include a fitness room, indoor tennis training, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and mixed-use office space. We’re proud of the progress being made and the team bringing this project to life.

“Therefore, encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11

We’ve truly enjoyed working with UCF for their team’s baseball clubhouse renovation. This project hits close to home as our president, Mark Batia, is an alum and former outfielder for the Knights. As we visited the job site recently, our project management team and architect got to experience some team-building exercises. We can’t wait to continue our partnership with UCF to make the campus as beautiful as our city.

This week we had the privilege to attend the cross ceremony for The Church of Eleven22 as the General Contractor. As a Christ-based company, it's been so rewarding to build this church for our Orlando community. We can't wait to see the love and faith that will be built within these walls.

Hello everyone! Today some of our team participated in the UCF Baseball Alumni Golf Tournament! Our president, Mark Batia played for the team during his time at the college so we were invited to enjoy the beautiful day and get on the dance floor. Thanks so much to UCF for inviting us and go Knights!

Happy Friday! Things are moving along quickly and efficiently over at the Waterford Senior living facility. Some days require heavier equipment than others as seen in the images below. We recently moved new rooftop units (RTUs) to the facility which requires scheduling a crane once the truck delivery has been completed. Communication and scheduling work hand in hand here to ensure everything runs smoothly during this process. As Batia grows, these situations become more frequent and we are ready for it.
