Please join us in welcoming Paul Goddard, CGC, to Phil Kean Design Group as President. Paul began his career as a carpenter before earning degrees in business and engineering from UCF. He went on to successfully lead his own general contracting firm for more than 25 years, building high-performing teams and a strong culture of excellence. His expertise spans every phase of the construction process, from field operations and estimating to executive leadership and exceptional project results.
