This week, we're proud to recognize Austin, who was nominated by Superintendent JR for his outstanding organization, leadership, and commitment to safety.

Austin has consistently stepped up to take responsibility for new team members, and his project has become a trusted training ground for those joining the Tucker team. He has fully embraced that responsibility while continuing to maintain a high level of performance, professionalism, and safety.

His leadership doesn't go unnoticed. He consistently stays on top of his responsibilities, including timely submission of JHA's, daily reports, and personnel counts. Thank you for your leadership, your commitment to safety, and your dedication to developing the people around you.
