A dreary morning couldn't stop the excitement at the official groundbreaking of the new Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven. With golden shovels in hand and alongside members of the Winter Haven Chamber and A.O. Wagner Construction, the Jarrett Gordon team broke ground on their new state-of-the-art, 42,614-square-foot dealership. It’s an honor to help write the next chapter for a dealership that means so much to this community.

Crews are hard at work preparing the grounds for Graceway Community Church, and we’re proud to have Roggen Clyne Development, Inc. on the team as our site work partner. Since the groundbreaking, crews have graded the property and started leveling the building pad that will support the new 16,000-square-foot Whirlwind Steel building. In addition to all the grading, fresh sod is going down along the property’s edges to keep the soil stable as work continues.

Tile, cabinetry, and plumbing fixtures are going in at the ULC, while the cafeteria is prepping for drywall next week ahead of its walk-in freezer and kitchen hood installation. And the playground? Piece by piece, the new Jenkins Lincoln facility in Lakeland is coming together!

The parts office on the first floor has new flooring, paint, and a pass-through window ready to serve customers. Upstairs, the mezzanine now features new fabricated columns, a custom staircase, and polished concrete flooring. Renovations have also kicked off on the Craftsman service room, with framing, siding, and new storefront windows already underway. Completion is expected by late October.

Doors are hung, walls are framed, and CWI Industrial Services new facility in Lakeland is moving from structure to finished space! The 120' x 50' Whirlwind pre-engineered metal building is fully erected, with wall sheets, gutter, downspouts, and trim complete on the exterior.

Inside, light-gauge steel studs, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins are complete throughout the office and warehouse spaces, with sound batt insulation already in place in key areas. Drywall installation kicks off next week, along with curb work and lime rock sitework.

A seamless new addition is taking shape at the Procurement Building for a local theme park! Our crew extended this existing PEMB with a 40' x 40' addition, tying the new steel framing directly into the original structure.

This project included relocating conex units, pouring a new 4" concrete slab, and setting new steel columns and an interior finish, all while the building remained fully operational throughout construction. Read the full update on our blog:

Ground has officially broken on a brand new home for Graceway Community Church in Bartow! The new 16,000-square-foot facility will feature a 220-person sanctuary and dedicated spaces for the nursery, kids, youth, and more. Members of the congregation gathered on site to celebrate this exciting milestone, and our crews are already hard at work getting the site ready. Completion is expected by June 2027. Our Victory Ridge Academy project is earning top marks as we enter the 8th month of the Phase II build. The cafeteria now has its storefront glass installed, and MEP rough-ins are underway, with drywall starting soon. The Covered Play Pavilion has sports court equipment installed, and the sunshade system is expected to be completed in the next two weeks. Meanwhile, the ULC has a fresh coat of paint, and the Skills Building is framed and moving through MEP rough-ins ahead of drywall next week. Read the full update on our blog.
