On this project we had replace around 10 sheets of damaged subflooring. This home is a 2022 and it didn’t have any water damage or anything. The floors were buckling from poor craftsmanship and cheap materials. Luckily for this client the warranty company paid for the repairs.

Our team thoroughly soft washed the entire residence, pool enclosure, driveway, and sidewalk. Additionally, we performed drywall repairs on the porch and applied a fresh coat of paint in a shade specifically designed for porch ceilings, aptly named "porch ceiling blue." The porch railing was removed, and the columns were sanded, primed, and painted. The front door received a vibrant new coat of red paint, and new shutters and porch lights were installed.
