Hello,
For this job we were over on the Thornton RD. in Hancock. The client had a rotted window sill. First we had to get out the window. We undid the siding and the trim along with the metal fascia wrap. Replaced the 2x4's. Laid a bead of silicone around the fl**ge of the window. Reinstalled the window. Used flashing tape to seal in the window fl**ge from the outside. Then tied it all back together.

Hello,
Here we're back in Winthrop. Over on Pleasant ST. We had 2 more windows to replace. New trim installed on the interior side of the windows. We had to pull the cedar shakes around the windows to install flashing tape and seal in the window sashes. Then reinstalled what we could with the old shakes and some new ones. Followed by replacing the stair railing with some metal posts cemented into the ground. We also swapped out the wooden steps for stone with a small metal retaining wall.

Here I was on Main St. in Sommesville. The plaster ceiling was slowly separating from the sleeper. I pulled it down and installed some 5/8" Sheetrock. Mudded, taped, sanded, and painted.
