Hi,
Here I was over on the Beech Hill RD. in Blue Hill. I started with removing the trim around the floor and then pulling the old carpet out. I did 2 new coats of paint on the ceilings and the walls. After painting I installed a beautiful oak hardwood floor. The client was nice enough to sand and paint the floor trim for me. With a new threshold for the closet the den turned out great.

Here I got to work on my own place. After pulling 6 layers off the ceiling I finally hit the main beams. Installed some sheetrock in between the beams and then trimmed it in. The walls aren't finished yet but I'll eventually get to it.

I got to work right on Molasses Pond in Eastbrook here. I stripped, replaced rotted fascia, and repainted fascia. Stripped and repainted the front wall. Replaced and trimmed out some screen sections on the porch. Followed by reflooring and painting the bathroom.

Hello again,
For this leaky roof I was over in Lamoine. Simple fix. I pulled the rotted shingles and underlayment off. Replaced the felt paper with ice and water shield. then reinstalled some new shingles.
