The roof’s radius design was engineered to perfectly match the home’s roofline, requiring custom measurements and fabrication.
All roof beams and rafters were individually designed and customized to achieve the precise curvature and alignment.
The aluminum fascia was fabricated offsite and then fitted onsite to seamlessly follow the home’s roof profile, demonstrating detailed craftsmanship and precision installation.
Midway through the build, the client introduced a design change to incorporate custom cypress-wrapped pilings, which required structural and aesthetic integration without disrupting progress.
A custom cypress closet was built to conceal the lift and electrical components, providing both functionality and a cohesive natural look.
Each element—from the Azek composite decking to the In-Lite LED in-deck lighting—was intentionally selected to combine durability, design continuity, and refined finish throughout the entire structure.
