TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT! Today, we are showcasing the work of Martin Rollo, Jr. Party Chief at Allen & Company. With more than 20 years of surveying experience, Martin has built a career spanning residential and mortgage surveys, major transportation infrastructure, and land development.

One of Martin's career highlights was contributing to the I-4 Ultimate project, where he helped lay out pier systems and roadway structures.

During his two years with Allen & Company’s Land Department, Martin has also expanded his experience by assisting Cole Stover and Tony Smigielski with drone flight operations—and values the opportunity to work alongside such a knowledgeable team.

When away from work, Martin is a proud father to Owain Patrick and Morgan Eve, a delighted grandfather of two beautiful granddaughters, and an enthusiastic Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan who enjoys great music and good food.

TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: We are showcasing Tyrone Johnson, one of our CAD Techs, who, during his two years with Allen & Company, has advanced from working in the field as an Instrument Technician to becoming a CAD Technician—an important step in his growing surveying career.

Tyrone's field experience included setting up jobs, operating survey equipment, collecting data, and managing project files, giving him a practical understanding of how technical drawings are built from field data.

Today, he applies that knowledge while developing his skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, survey drafting, field-data interpretation, and accurate drawing preparation.

Tyrone takes pride in seeing projects progress from field collection to finished drawings. He looks forward to continuing his professional growth, expanding his skills, and taking on greater responsibility at Allen & Company.
