Stay tuned this week! We are back to our normal scheduled program of basements! The first job of the week features a engineerd plan for a bowed basement wall stabilization system featuring the gorilla bracket assembly with soldier beams anchored into the footing. Accompanied by our interior drainage system placed beside the footing, carrying all the water away with a 4-inch PVC pipe.

Project we have been working on!
Completely removed the existing retaining wall and make shift window well that was allowing water inside the structure.
Our next step was to build a new retaining wall with proper drainage to redirect water away. We also rerouted some downspouts and added an extra retaining wall to the other side of the house.
