Removed shutters because of bats that moved in behind them. We soft washed the whole house.
Next up is wrapping the facia boards to keep from having to paint them every few years and at the same time, keep all water off of the facia boards completely. We are going to rehang the shutters properly so there isnt a gap behind them where bees and bats can make a nest.

Knocked out the back wall of her closet and turned it into a bathroom entrance, layed new bathroom tile floor and turned the original entrance door around to make more space - then custom built the new closet system. We love how it all turned out.

Here are some "lived in" pictures of recent home we renovated. This may be one of my favorite kitchens the way it came out.

We installed faux beams on the ceiling, added can lights, layed the tile floor on a 45° lay in checkered pattern, new cabinets and countertops, doubled the size of the pantry, and built the bench seat into the window sill.

In the livingroom, we installed shiplap around the fireplace and installed new LVP in the whole main level. Painted every room, door and ceiling, and changes some rooms around up stairs.
