This was the first big project we ever started. And it’s still a work in progress and we evolve in learning new ways to get more accurate terrain and strength for longevity of the product.
This 16ft by 16ft C shaped table was a multi piece build over the past 2 months. With being 90% done and have well over 100+ hours in the construction of the tables and mountains.
We tried many different ways in creating and sculpting the mountains and with the help of some colleagues. We found a quiet a few ways that definitely didn’t work but we feel like we have found a way that has been pretty solid over the last month. This has been the test mule for the abuse that these tables might see from children being children to mistakes made by adults to even seeing what tumbles from heavier built rigs do to the plaster material we use.
Now this being a very expensive commercial application, it can be done for a normal everyday customer but price and time plays a big role in these.
Each of our 4x8 tables are movable and can be delivered but anything bigger has to be built in place and all the work will have to be done on site.
