Omega is uniquely equipped to provide full estimating, pre-construction and construction services to our clients and has an unmatched record of completing projects on schedule and within budget. Omega offers traditional general construction services with additional pre-construction services including:

-working with Owners and Architects during the design phase to insure design and specified materials are within the construction budget

-Evaluation of the cost/benefit of construction types and location alternatives
-Preliminary project budgeting

-Value engineering

-Detailed planning of the construction process

-BIM/3D Modeling

Omega also provides other value added services to its clients. Omega has experience with site selection and evaluation, along with long-range campus master planning. In addition, Omega provides consulting, coordination and purchasing services many Owner supplied products and services. omega is on the leading edge of design and construction technologies and utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) for 3D modeling during the design process. This allows Omega to provide its Clients with a virtual 3D walk through of their facility during the pre-construction process as well as providing clash detection benefits. Omega's dedicated construction professionals supervise and coordinate every phase of construction to ensure the highest quality of construction while completing the project on schedule and within budget. From pre-construction phase to the final walk through, Omega strives to make our Clients feel comfortable entrusting Omega with their project. In partnership with Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Omega Construction expanded the church’s existing space, adding more than 300 seats to better serve its congregation. ⛪

The project included a new balcony supported by structural steel, along with a two-story addition featuring expanded first-floor space and dedicated mother/baby rooms accessible from the balcony. New carpeting throughout the first floor and balcony, along with glass balcony railings, completed the improvements.

In partnership with Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Omega Construction expanded the church’s existing space, adding more than 300 seats to better serve its congregation. ⛪

Project Complete: Triangle 55 🎉

We’re proud to celebrate the completion of Triangle 55, a large-scale industrial park located along NC-55 and Hopson Road in Durham, NC, just minutes from Research Triangle Park.

Omega Construction completed Buildings 5 and 6, two rear-load spec warehouse facilities totaling approximately 533,520 square feet:

• Building 5: 266,760 SF

• Building 6: 266,760 SF

Built with structural steel framing, load-bearing concrete wall panels and 32-foot clear heights, these facilities were designed to support the distribution, logistics and light industrial operations driving continued growth across the Triangle. From the initial planning and coordination through construction and final completion, a project of this size requires experience, collaboration and attention to detail at every stage. Seeing more than 500,000 square feet come together across three buildings is a great reflection of what can be accomplished when a strong team works toward a common goal.

The countdown to the 3rd Annual GC Cup is officially on and we’re looking forward to another great day on the course with our industry partners and friends.



At the heart of the GC Cup is the opportunity to give back. The winning general contractor will have the chance to donate to a charity of their choice, extending the impact of the tournament well beyond the course.

Another project taking shape in Troutman! 🏗️

Omega Construction is proud to partner with Solid Rock Ventures, LLC on Jacob’s Crossing, a 6,906-square-foot retail development bringing new warm and cold-dark-shell retail space to the community.

The project includes extensive sitework, underground utilities, foundations, structural steel, masonry, storefronts, roofing, and the infrastructure needed to support three future tenant spaces.

From the ground up, every detail plays a part in creating a quality space for what comes next. We’re proud to be part of this development and contribute to the continued growth of Troutman.

We’re breaking ground in Savannah! 🏗️



Omega Construction recently celebrated the groundbreaking of StudioRes, a new 115-room extended-stay hotel being developed by Companies at 30 West Fairmont Road.

At four stories and more than 54,000 square feet, StudioRes will bring a new extended-stay option to Savannah while adding to the continued growth of the region’s hospitality market.

Project Complete: Apex Gateway Industrial Park 🎉

We’re excited to celebrate the completion of Buildings 6 and 7 at Apex Gateway Industrial Park in Apex, NC!

Together, the two spec warehouse facilities total 394,041 square feet, with Building 6 spanning 206,242 square feet and Building 7 totaling 187,799 square feet. Both buildings feature conventional structural steel framing and tilt-up concrete wall construction, creating flexible spaces designed to support the growing needs of the distribution, logistics and life sciences industries.

The project scope extended well beyond the buildings themselves, including:
• Widening NC-751 and US-64
• Extension of Gateway Drive
• 370 parking spaces
• 97 trailer parking spaces
• 5 EV charging stations
• Large stormwater retention pond and supporting site infrastructure

Bringing all of these components together required thoughtful planning, close coordination and a team committed to keeping every phase moving forward. We’re proud of the finished product and grateful to Beacon Partners for the opportunity to be part of the continued growth of Apex.

We’re making great progress at the Home2 Suites in Mebane, NC! 🎉

The project remains on schedule as the team continues to hit key milestones across the site. From interior build-out to exterior finishes and site development, the vision for this new hospitality destination is quickly taking shape.

Here’s a look at what’s happening on site:
• Sheetrock installation is underway on the 4th-2nd floors
• MEP rough-ins continue across all floors
• Exterior brick work is complete
• Exterior EIFS finish is progressing
• Site utility installation is progressing

Every milestone represents the continued coordination, craftsmanship and commitment of the entire project team. A special thank you to everyone on site for their leadership and hard work in keeping this project moving forward. We’re excited to continue working toward the finish line!
