A little look at what we’ve been working on! We’re adding a new owner’s suite to this mid-1800s home and working to make it feel like a natural extension of the original house. A garage addition is also in the works on the other side. More to come!

Never Forget. 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the courage and sacrifice of the first responders, service members, and ordinary Americans who stepped forward in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

On this 25th anniversary, may we continue to remember their lives, honor their legacy, and remain grateful for those who have given so much in service to others.

We encourage our community to take a moment today to reflect, remember, and visit a local memorial in Winsted or Howard Lake as a tribute to those we will never forget.

A change of scenery from our typical metro-area projects, this remodel takes us north to beautiful Lake Vermilion.

Set along the lake, this existing log cabin is full of character and ready for a thoughtful update. The project includes replacing a deteriorating front porch, adding a screened porch along the lake side of the home, and completing an existing outdoor fireplace that was never fully finished.

Our goal is to preserve the character of the original cabin while creating spaces that feel intentional, comfortable, and connected to the surrounding landscape.
