Slinging sheets! One of my favorite parts of a build. We tack all four corners down by hand before nailing off the roof. Could use a gun, but I find this to be more fun.

The sounds and views of a Rose Creek job site - hard work but we make the most of it. Jake always has the tunes dialed in

Metaling? Not sure that’s the right word for the application, oh well. About to get this home dried in and onto insulation and sheetrock - have some inside work for the cold weather coming!

We are still looking for qualified candidates! Come join us as we build a better Winnemucca and Northern Nevada.

Construction experience preferred, but not required. Training is available to people who care about what they do and the mark they leave behind.

Share with your mining buddies, county workers, or anyone else you know that needs a change of pace. Come learn real life skills that translate much further than just work. At a corporation you’re just a number. At Rose Creek, you’re family.

🚨 WE ARE HIRING! 🚨

We’re not just looking for someone to punch a clock — we’re looking for dependable, motivated people who take pride in their work and want to grow with a solid crew.

If you’re someone who shows up early, works hard without being asked, takes initiative, and wants opportunities to move up - we want to hear from you. Leadership mindset, strong work ethic, and reliability go a long way here.

This job isn’t for people looking to do the bare minimum — it’s for people who want to build something, learn skills, and be part of a team that gets things done.

Hope to hear from you -

🥳We are officially CLOSED on our Stirrup Street project!!🥳

What a wonderful custom build this came out to be. Many features throughout that make this one beautiful home. Step into 2,000 SF living space - an attached 1,200 SF garage - a detached 2,000 SF shop - and a 1,725 SF wrap around porch...I mean come on. A metallic epoxy floor in the kitchen/family, flaked epoxy floor in the garage, custom showers and closets, 3cm granite, the list goes on and on.

A giant THANK YOU and YOU GUYS KILLED IT our amazing team here at Rose Creek Construction. From forming the foundation and framing to putting on door k***s - our crew did so many parts of this build - and that is what makes it one of a kind. So thank you guys again - I am privileged to work alongside these artists in their craft.

And to our wonderful buyers - we cannot wait to see what you do with the place! We have spent a lot of time up there enjoying the view and it is a bit sad to not go there every day. Enjoy the new pad!🏡
