It’s getting cold tomorrow, here are some tips to keep from having to call us out!

-Make sure garden hoses are unhooked

-Cover/insulate large openings and cracks in foundations.

-Keep water trickling in faucets, especially on fixtures that are located on exterior walls and especially when temperatures drop below 20°

-If you own/manage vacant properties, make sure the heat is working properly in all of them

-Pipe insulation and heat tape are a last resort but if you can’t ensure the proper conditions, those are a good option.

But most importantly, we hope everyone stays warm and safe!

Experienced full-time service technician wanted ASAP. Must be knowledgeable in the plumbing trade.

Skill knowledge includes, but is not limited to, water heater repair/change out, faucet installation, toilet repairs or replacement, shower valve change outs, leak repairs, slab leak repairs, fixture repairs, drop-in sink installations, shut off valve change-outs, and kitchen and bath disconnect and reconnects.

Responsibilities/duties will include maintaining the service truck, which will include washing and stocking, reporting to the shop when requested, collecting payments from customers, reporting to the office, and contacting homeowners when on the way to job sites. Applicant must be self motivated and work well independently.

Hours will include 8 am-4/5 pm, with occasional overtime. Competitive hourly wage will be based on experience/ negotiable and benefits package is offered after the completion of probationary period. Hand tools are required.
