We are looking to subcontract out for a government job. We are needing to find a licensed Mechanical/HVAC contractor, for replacing an existing 4-ton Climate Master geothermal heat pump. Also, need a licensed Plumbing contractor, for replacing 12 new water meters. Both contracts are with McConnell AFB. Please let us know ASAP, if qualified, valid DL, and no felony! Phase 2 Complete!

Finished up Phase 2 of this project with a major transformation:

* Tore off the existing siding and installed new siding and the OSB board
* Added two new windows
* Installed a new exterior door
* Ripped out the old deck
* Built a brand-new deck
* Added a pergola over the new deck
* Painting will be completed once all phases of the project are finished

Another phase down and another big improvement to the property! We’re looking forward to bringing everything together once the final phases are complete.

Installed a complete drainage system to collect and redirect water away from the home’s foundation. Trenched and installed underground PVC piping with proper connections and slope to carry runoff safely away from the house. Backfilled and graded the area to promote positive drainage, helping reduce water buildup, protect the foundation, and improve the overall drainage around the property.

Another project completed!

Earlier this year, we built the first phase of this retaining wall around our customer’s above-ground pool. Once the pool was installed and everything was up and running, we came back to finish extending the wall and tie the entire project together.

The finished retaining wall not only adds a clean, finished look but also helps support the surrounding grade and reduce erosion on the hillside.
