UNDERCOVER BOSS: BROOKENS EDITION. 💀🥸

Skelly decided it was time to see what REALLY goes on behind the scenes at Brookens Construction.

There was just one problem…

His disguise consisted of a wig and a mustache. 😂

Convinced nobody would recognize him, our Head of De-partment went undercover to investigate the warehouse, check in on a roofing crew, and see how things operate when the "boss" isn't around.

Unfortunately for Skelly, everyone knew exactly who he was.

We're not sure what's more concerning: his disguise or the fact that he genuinely thought it would work. 💀

We live here. We roof here. 🏠❤️

At Brookens Construction, Wisconsin isn't just where we do business. It's where we call home.

Every roof we build represents a neighbor, a family, or a local business that has placed their trust in us. And that's something we never take lightly.

We hold ourselves and our work to the highest standards because we believe our communities deserve nothing less.

We're proud of the relationships we've built, the people we serve, and the opportunity to keep making a difference right here in Wisconsin.

We're excited to share our 30-second TV commercial with you! 📺

One month. A whole lot of new roofs. 🏠🔨

September took our crews all across Wisconsin, and we’ve got the camera roll to prove it.

Different homes. Different neighborhoods. Different styles. Each one representing a homeowner or property owner who trusted Brookens to get the job done.

We packed some of our favorite September builds into one compilation. Take a look through and see if you can spot a roof from your neighborhood. 👀

A big thank you to our customers and every member of the Brookens team who made another busy month possible!

A little fall weather never hurt the camera roll. 🍂📸

October is off to a great start at Brookens Construction!

Between the changing leaves, beautiful Wisconsin weather, and our crews hard at work, we've had plenty of moments worth capturing along the way.

There's a lot that goes into every roof replacement, and sometimes the best photos come from the moments in between.

Here's a little glimpse of what October has looked like for our team so far. 🔨🏠

Take a look through the photos and let us know which one is your favorite! 👇

We're starting to question Skelly's promotion. 💀😂

It hasn't taken long for our newly appointed Head of De-partment to make himself comfortable around the Brookens office.

Unfortunately, his idea of a productive workday looks a little different from everyone else's.

🍿 Helping himself to snacks

💀 Interrupting coworkers who are actually working

🔊 Playing his skeleton music at a volume nobody asked for

We're beginning to think Janell from HR might have made a mistake with this one. 😂

Skelly's only been back for a short time, and he's already keeping everyone on their toes.

Should we give him another chance or send him back to HR? 👀👇

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great roof is only part of the experience.

When your home is being worked on, you shouldn’t have to wonder what’s happening above your head.

This homeowner gave a special shoutout to Project Manager Luis for keeping them informed throughout the build with consistent communication, photos, and updates along the way.

Full Review:

“Everything was really good from the beginning! During the build, Luis, my project manager, was amazing. Communication was great throughout the day and I received a lot of pictures and updates. The crew did an amazing job with my roof, I would definitely recommend Brookens. They are definitely very friendly and professional.”

Great work, Luis and crew! 👏 And a huge thank you to this homeowner for trusting our team and taking the time to share their experience.

Another month up the ladder. 📈🔨

September kept our team busy across Wisconsin—from the first inspection to the crews climbing onto the roof and getting the job done.

Here’s September by the numbers:

🔍 144 inspections
✍️ 101 contracts signed
🏠 167 roofs built
⭐ 6 Google reviews

Behind every number is a homeowner, a jobsite, and a team of people working to make it happen.

Thank you to everyone who trusted Brookens with their property this month, and to our entire team for continuing to put in the work.

Just your average day on the roof… with a different point of view. 👀🔨

Our crew was hard at work on this Middleton home, but this time we wanted to show the build in a way you probably haven’t seen before.

Roofers appearing, disappearing, and moving their way across the roof as the project comes together.

Same craftsmanship. Same hardworking crew. A little more fun getting you there.
