Great lighting doesn’t simply illuminate a home—it changes how the entire home feels.
We want to give a huge THANK YOU to The Light Center for helping us bring the lighting design of our Kiefer Built Parade Home to life.
The Light Center has more than 50 years of lighting experience and works directly with builders, electricians and designers to develop lighting packages that balance design, function, efficiency and technical requirements.
From statement fixtures to the subtle lighting that makes a room feel warm and inviting, these are the details that help transform a house into a home.
Thank you to The Light Center team for being such an important part of this project.
Every detail matters. Even the ones that simply start with the flip of a switch.

Behind every light, outlet, switch and powered feature in this home is work most people will never see—and that's exactly how good electrical work should be.
We want to give a huge THANK YOU to Briar Electric LLC for helping power our Kiefer Built Parade Home.
Briar Electric is a Northern Colorado electrical contractor based in Eaton with experience in new construction, remodels, lighting, outlets, service work and residential electrical systems.
From what happens behind the drywall to the moment the lights come on for the first time, their work is a critical part of turning a construction project into a finished home.
Thank you to Brian and the Briar Electric team for the hard work, craftsmanship and commitment you put into this build.
Some of the most important craftsmanship in a home is the craftsmanship you'll never see.

🏡 THE PARADE OF HOMES ENDS ON SUNDAY — AND WE’RE BRINGING THE FOOD! 🍕🌮🔥
The 2026 Northern Colorado Parade of Homes is almost over, and is your last chance to visit the Kiefer Built Parade Home!
Come experience 5,296 square feet of Mountain Modern design, craftsmanship and innovation at 1531 Christina Ct. in Timnath — including two main-level primary suites, incredible entertaining spaces, mountain views, energy-efficient SIP construction and a secret speakeasy you’ll have to find for yourself. 👀
And because touring beautiful homes works up an appetite, we’ve invited some great local food vendors to join us on select Parade days:

🌮 Friday, September 18 — Angry Hippie Tacos
🏡 Saturday, September 19 — Specialty Appliance
🍴 Sunday, September 20 — Ranch Eats

We’re especially excited to have Northern Colorado favorites like Angry Hippie, known for locally sourced ingredients and fresh-pressed corn tortillas, along with Ranch Eats, founded by Culinary Institute of America graduate Chef Troy Strand.
Come hungry. Come inspired. And come see what Kiefer Built can do.

Cabinetry isn't just storage in a custom home. It becomes part of the architecture.
A huge THANK YOU to Milarc Cabinets for the craftsmanship they brought to our Kiefer Built Parade Home.
Milarc has been building custom cabinetry in Northern Colorado since 1980, and today their cabinets are still manufactured locally at their Windsor facility.
Their fully custom approach means they aren't restricted to standard cabinet sizes—allowing cabinetry to be designed around the room instead of forcing the room to work around the cabinets.
That flexibility is exactly what we want when we're building a truly custom home.
Thank you to everyone at Milarc for the craftsmanship, precision and attention to detail that helped make these spaces something special.

Long before someone walks through the front door, the concrete has already made the first impression.
A huge THANK YOU to Custom Concrete & Forms for their work on our Kiefer Built Parade Home.
Based in Greeley, their team brings more than 30 years of concrete experience to projects throughout Northern Colorado—from driveways and walkways to patios, decorative concrete and commercial work.
Concrete may not always get the attention of the countertops or lighting, but precision here matters. Clean lines, proper preparation and a quality finish set the foundation for everything around it.
Thank you to the Custom Concrete & Forms crew for helping us make sure the details outside this home were treated with the same care as the details inside.

The flooring runs through nearly every room in a home, which means getting it right matters.
We want to give a big THANK YOU to West Point Carpet One Floor & Home for helping us complete our Kiefer Built Parade Home.
West Point has been a locally and family-owned Greeley business since 1998, helping Northern Colorado homeowners and builders with flooring ranging from carpet and hardwood to tile and luxury vinyl.
Flooring has to do more than look good on opening day—it needs to fit the design, perform for the family living there and hold up to everyday life.
Thank you to the West Point team for bringing your local experience and expertise to this build.
We’re proud to build alongside businesses that have been part of the Northern Colorado community for decades.
