Here are some photos of a drainage system we installed last week. Plenty of void space to collect water and draw moisture away from the foundation while leading all of the discharge down hill into the creek.

We will be going back at a later date to redo all of the flower beds, add a retaining wall and terrace the back yard.

We cleaned out the front of this culvert and corrected the flow of the swale so that the water would quit going under this fence and eroding the backyard away.
