Nobody wants mistakes to happen—but when they do, how a company responds says everything.

While servicing a client’s property for the first time, an unseen rock was thrown from our mower and unfortunately shattered a double-pane sliding glass door. The homeowner contacted us the following day after inspecting the property and sent us a photo.

We took full responsibility, immediately contacted our glass contractor for an estimate, and had the door window professionally replaced within a week and a half.
