Powder room anyone? Adding a powder room to your first floor can add value to your home like we've done below. We opened/moved walls, installed duct/move the return, installed an exhaust fan, etc., we did it "awl". Proud of this one.

Painted this red brick duplex "Eider white" by sherwin williams. It's an off white & recommend this color as it's not a "bright white".

This was a creative one - by knocking a wall out, we were able to fit a walk in shower, toilet room with pocket door, his and her sink and tub into a master bathroom. Started from bare bones.
