ATTN ALL AERATION AND OVERSEED CUSTOMERS:

Due to unfavorable weather conditions on and around the first when aeration is scheduled to take place for the first round, In order to better ensure predictable results we have collectively decided to postpone these services one week. This change will cascade and effect round two clients as well

No worries, we still have plenty of time to establish baby grass before first frost. If you have questions or concerns regarding the scheduling change, contact me - otherwise, please await an updated date confirmation email from Redline Aeration.

Sign ups are now closed for the first round in Abrahms Point but there’s still time to get in on the second round. Aeration is probably the most beneficial service one can perform on their lawn space every season, particularly with new builds.

I work with Redline quite closely and urge all of my clients to consider aeration this season.

Tomorrow, Sunday the 29th I will be doing pesticide rounds in the neighborhood.
Please ensure anything abutting your property such as hoses, planters, toys, furniture etc. are not in the way of your foundation for a cleaner application. 😊

Lawn care begins in earnest Monday. If your property is not yet ready and out of dormancy, you will be skipped this week and no invoice will be sent. This is an awkward time of year as properties can be sorta-kinda there but not quite - in which case a discounted rate will be applied if there’s only patchy growth that needs to be addressed.

If you haven’t yet signed up for aeration services, the schedule for Thursday is now full unfortunately. If you signed up recently, another batch of properties will be scheduled 4/2/26.

It’s a busy time of year!
