The Top of Virginia Building Association was established in 1976 by a group of people interested in promoting the building industry. The Top of Virginia Building Association (TVBA) is a non-profit association representing companies in the building industry.
Its members include home builders, trades people, realtors, suppliers and related industry professionals in the Shenandoah Valley.
Mission: The TVBA will provide an environment where our members are leaders in our industry, always be responsive to the needs of our members, contribute to the betterment of our community and promote the importance of the building industry.
