Responsibilities:

* Install, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
* New construction residential & commercial
* Diagnose equipment issues and provide effective solutions
* Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
* Ensure all work meets safety codes and industry standards
* Communicate professionally with customers and team members
* Maintain accurate service records and job documentation

🛠 HVAC Apprentice

Responsibilities:

* Assist experienced technicians with HVAC installations and repairs
* Learn to troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
* Perform basic maintenance and equipment cleaning
* Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
* Follow all safety procedures and company standards
* Develop technical skills through hands-on training
