Codell is proud to be serving as the Construction Manager for the new Millard Area Technology Center for Pike County Schools! Currently, roofing on the 30,000 SF building is nearing completion, and brick and metal wall panel installation is set to commence in the coming weeks. Inside, in-wall MEP rough-in is wrapping up with above-ceiling rough-in continuing throughout late summer. Interior framing and finishes will begin in the early fall.
