Codell Construction Company Construction Management and Design/Build Codell has provided construction management services for over 180 projects throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

In its beginning in 1908, Codell specialized in highway and railroad construction until the mid 1980s when the primary focus became the building industry. Methods of fast tracking projects, creating accurate and detailed schedules, and releasing early bid packages provides the opporutnity to complete projects on or ahead of schedule in the most effective and efficient manner. Combining knowledge and years of experience allows Codell to work hand and hand with the design team, subcontractors and the Owner. The newly renovated and expanded facility was designed to improve support spaces for programs that offer technical education and professional skills to students. We are thankful to have been a part of this project and very happy for the students who will benefit from the many opportunities the UP Center offers.
