We received a question on one of our posts yesterday that I thought I might highlight - Boxwoods. Being a commonly used option for yards (usually front and center), health issues are something to watch for so that they stay in good shape and keep your yard looking nice. Common problems with Boxwoods are
Boxwood Blight: A highly contagious fungal disease causing circular tan or brown leaf spots with dark borders, dark black streaks or lesions on new green stems, and sudden, severe leaf drop (defoliation). English and American boxwoods are extremely vulnerable.

Volutella Blight: Causes leaves to turn light green-yellow, then bronze, and finally yellow-tan, often accompanied by loose or peeling bark on infected stems.

Root Rot: Fungal root issues that cause overall decline, poor growth, and dieback, usually brought on by poorly drained soils.

✨ Before ➡️ After ✨

What a transformation! We took this worn-out, uneven patio area and gave it a fresh new look with a professionally installed paver patio and river rock border.

Removed the old surface
Leveled and prepped the base
Installed new pavers
Finished with decorative river rock for a clean, low-maintenance landscape

A well-designed outdoor space doesn’t just look better—it adds value and creates a place you’ll enjoy for years to come.

If you’re ready to upgrade your patio, walkway, or landscape, we’d love to help.
