We were contacted to address concerns about an old, worn-out shingles roof. Given the deteriorating state and need for a more durable solution, we removed the old roof systematically from the home and garage carport. Utilizing a 26 gauge R- panel metal roof, we succeeded in delivering a robust and lasting roofing solution. Our team was contacted by a homeowner in need of an extensive roof overhaul. His old metal roof was past its prime and parts of the decking were rotted. Our solution involved a full roof replacement with a new snap lock metal roof. We also replaced all the rotted decking with OSB decking and synthetic underlayment. The rotted facia boards were replaced with 2x6 treated facia boards. To finish off, we painted the exterior home. We were contacted by the client who needed a full shingle roof replacement and siding replacement for their house. We took this on with a systematic, formal approach to ensure top quality results. Our team utilized highly-durable GAF Timberline HD architectural shingles, known for their superior protection against harsh weathers. For the siding replacement, we used 10 inch hardi board lap siding. This product is renowned for its strength and longevity, making it perfect for this project.
