I had the honor to design this gorgeous farmhouse-style home here in the Wimberley countryside for a sweet family. My favorite thing about this home is it’s understated, unassuming front elevation. The only hint at what lies beyond the facade is the expansive front door that gives glimpses of the breathtaking view to come. This house does not waste one square inch. It’s quite sensible that way. I always think of it as a “hard-working floor plan”. However it packs it’s punch with the views it reveals once inside. Every interior living space has a special perspective of the gorgeous valley below. Some of spaces are dramatic and others quaint but all have a peaceful easiness.
