Our 92nd Avenue project is nearing completion, and we’re happy to see the final pavement installed with care and precision.

This technically demanding project has taken hard work, careful coordination, and attention to detail at every stage. Thank you to KS&G Karvonen, Columbia West Engineering Inc., the inspectors, the City of Battle Ground, AKS Engineering, and everyone who has supported this project.

A special thank-you to our hardworking crews and the entire Priority Construction team. Your dedication, together with our partners’ support, has made these results possible.

We’re proud to be at this stage and grateful to everyone who helped us get here.

Feels good getting to the paving stage at our Cherry Grove project in Battle Ground, WA.

After all the sewer and water utility work underground, this is the stage where you can really start seeing everything come together.

Paving prep still brings its own challenges — staking, building and checking the surface model, maintaining proper depths, correcting soft spots, installing fabric where needed, placing the aggregate base, and making sure everything is properly compacted before asphalt goes down.

A lot of the most important work ends up buried, but every layer matters.

What part of a development project do you enjoy seeing come together the most — underground utilities, grading, base prep, or paving?
