At the VA Eugene Behavioral Health Recovery and Reintegration Services (BHRRS) Clinic, I&E Construction is bringing a new 20,850-square-foot healthcare facility to life.

Institutional construction comes with a distinct set of demands, from specialized building requirements to the coordination of multiple construction disciplines. With site development and infrastructure work completed, concrete operations are now taking center stage as the project moves into its next phase.

For I&E, it's an opportunity to bring our experience and capabilities to a project with an important purpose: supporting the health, recovery, and well-being of those who have served.

As Woodburn grows, the places that serve it are growing too.

We’ve shared the grand opening. Now, we’re taking a closer look at Woodburn Petro and U.S. Market, a completed I&E Construction project along the Woodburn–Estacada corridor.

With the doors open and the site in full use, it’s rewarding to see this project doing exactly what it was built to do: serve the people who live, work and travel through this growing community.

For our team, that’s one of the best parts of completing a project. The construction wraps, the activity shifts, and something we built becomes part of the everyday.

One project’s excess becomes another project’s progress.

At VanDomelen Acres, our team excavated material that could be utilized elsewhere. Instead of letting an abundance of dirt go to waste, we transferred it to Bailey Meadows, where it’s now helping advance the next phase of construction.

This is simply another example of how our teams coordinate across projects to work smarter, move efficiently, and make the most of what is already on site.

More crews. More dirt moving. More projects taking shape.

At VanDomelen Acres in Hillsboro, our Heavy Civil team is transforming 6.5 acres of raw, tree-covered land into a 58-lot single-family attached neighborhood.

Right now, the focus is underground: utilities, stormwater infrastructure and sitework are setting the foundation for everything that comes next.

Another site is moving forward with the infrastructure to make what comes next possible. This is the kind of groundwork our Heavy Civil team was made for.
