Creating Better Access to Usable Space.

A few photos from one of our projects that’s nearly complete.

This basement was originally only accessible from outside the home. We opened up the existing floor and added a spiral staircase, creating direct interior access while taking up very little space on the main floor.

A simple change that completely transforms how the basement can be used and makes it feel like part of the home.

Just a few finishing touches left to go.

A few photos from one of our recent renovation project.

This home was originally built in 1917, so it came with its share of challenges. We completely updated the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, leveled floors that were several inches out, and gave the home a fresh new look while preserving its character.

Really pleased with how this one turned out.

From Laundry Room to Luxury En Suite.

It’s hard to believe this used to be a laundry room.

We completely transformed the space into a beautiful secondary en suite with a custom walk-in shower, heated floors, custom cabinetry, and high-end finishes throughout.

We’re just waiting on the custom glass shower panels to finish it off, but I couldn’t wait to share the progress.

Not all flooring projects are just flooring.

This home had a large hump in the floor that had to be corrected before new flooring could be installed.

We opened the floor, fixed the issue, and installed new flooring throughout the space.

The best part of many projects is the work nobody sees.
