Another beach service call wrapped up today, and this one was especially important.
Last weekend, this customer’s beach trip was unfortunately ruined because the system was not diagnosed correctly the first time. They were given a diagnosis that turned out to be completely wrong, leaving them without the cooling they needed.
We were called out, properly diagnosed the problem, and were able to get the customer back up and cooling temporarily while we sourced the correct parts.
Today, we made the trip back to the beach, installed the needed parts, checked the system over, and got everything fully repaired and cooling just before the storms rolled in. ⛈️❄️
This is exactly why proper troubleshooting matters.
