Something new is coming to Effortless Elegance…

And no, it’s not gold—it’s Ch*****ne Bronze. 🤍

We gave our Effortless Elegance interior package a fresh new look, and this finish might just be our favorite detail yet. 😍
Ch*****ne Bronze brings the warmth you love from gold, but with a softer, more understated feel that adds just the right amount of elegance without overpowering the space.

It’s unique. It’s elevated. And it pairs beautifully with the light, classic feel of Effortless Elegance.

We cannot wait to show you how this finish comes to life throughout our upcoming Fortner Home builds. ✨

And the best part? Ch*****ne Bronze finishes are now available in our showroom for your 🏡

Why did Luke Fortner start Fortner Homes? Because he wanted to do homebuilding differently. 🏡

From the beginning, Luke set out to create a homebuilding experience where the base product already felt like an upgrade—where beautiful finishes, thoughtful details, and the features buyers actually want were included from the start, not added one upgrade at a time.

Because buying a home should be exciting—not feel like you’re being nickel-and-dimed at every decision.

That vision still shapes the way we build today: include more, offer more value, and create homes that feel anything but basic. ✨

At Fortner Homes, we’re on a mission to bring the joy of beautiful homes within everyone’s reach- including YOU 💚

One of the questions we get all the time about our Pierce plan is… “Okay, but what do I DO with this huge second foyer?” 👀

Our answer? Whatever you want! 🙌

This is one of those spaces that can completely change depending on how you live. ✨
Turn it into a mini gallery to show off those beautiful art pieces you’ve been collecting. Add a couple of chairs for the perfect “come in and have a quick cup of coffee” spot. ☕ Or create a cozy little reading nook where you can curl up with a good book, soak up all that natural light, and enjoy the front porch view. 📖

And these are just a few ideas! The beauty of a flex space is that there’s no wrong way to use it. Make it formal, make it functional, make it cozy—or change it whenever life does.

Now the real question is… what would YOU do with this space? Would you use any of the ideas below?👇

Come see our last remaining Pierce plan in person at our Cross Creek subdivision and start dreaming up your own layout! 🏡
