Our ability to effectively manage and construct a project from beginning to end is a tremendous value to our customers from a cost, quality, as well as, a performance perspective. We work with large and small projects, both from the public and private sectors. Its owners and key personnel have an extensive construction background with over 70 combined years of experience. Harmony is owned and operated by William Saienni, Jr. and now fourth generation owner, William Saienni, III. Saienni has been devoted to the construction business for approximately 50 years and his son for the past 24 years.
