I found this panel in a house in PA. It's a Square D Trilliant Panel. Very rare. Square D made them for 2 to 3 years in the late 90s. Electricians just did not like them, just to different. There is nothing wrong with them but since they are discontinued it's hard to find parts. This the first time I have ever seen one.

If your Home Inspector will not get on a roof they are not worth your time or money. This gap was leaking into the house...
