It’s so important to have a good working whole house shut off valve! They only had 1 shut off valve and it was in their crawl space. I replaced the shut off valve in the crawl space and installed new piping to the laundry room above. Installed a new whole house shut off valve above the washer and dryer so that they do not have to go into the crawl space to shut off the water when they go on vacations! Shutting off your water when going away, even for the night is so important! It can prevent a leak from doing severe damage to your home while you are away! Most homes have incoming pressure of 60 PSI. Now that’s a lot of water that can come out of a broken pipe very fast!

Before and after of a partial bathroom remodel! For this bathroom we tore out leaking tile walls and tub. Installed a new fiberglass tub and wall set unit. New shower valve and curtain rod. We hired Nathaniel Watkins at Full Circle Painting to do the drywall repairs and painting. The customer chose a new luxury vinyl plank flooring with new quarter round that we pulled the toilet and installed. Please keep us in mind the next time you are in need of a plumber!
