Project Feature: Carolina Retirement Planners
When your office is set inside a historic Wilmington home, the character is already there. Our goal was to give the space a fresh perspective while preserving the charm and details that made it special in the first place.

We introduced updated paint colors, decorative lighting, layered pattern, and a thoughtful mix of new and existing furnishings to breathe new life into the interiors. We also incorporated subtle touches of the company’s branding throughout, creating a space that feels distinctly theirs without feeling overly corporate.

The end result is an office that feels polished and professional, but also comfortable, welcoming, and full of personality. A space designed to make clients feel at ease while giving the team a place they’re happy to come to every day.

We are incredibly honored to receive the Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce’s Minority Excellence in Business Award recognizing women-owned business!

As we look ahead to celebrating our 30th year in business, we’re feeling especially grateful for the community that has supported us, inspired us, and helped us grow over the years. Being part of the Greater Wilmington community means so much to us, and we’re proud to serve the people and businesses who make this area such a special place to call home.

Most of all, this recognition is a win for our entire team at Big Sky. Their talent, creativity, dedication, and passion are what make everything we do possible, and we couldn’t be more proud to celebrate this milestone together.

Project Feature: The Magic of the Mix
Pattern on pattern, color on color, and plenty of personality. For this playful Wilmington space, we mixed ikat drapery, trellis carpet, a wicker elephant head, and even wallpaper on the ceiling, all tied together through a shared palette of blues, greens, and pops of pink.

The result? A space that proves a good mix doesn’t have to match.

You know we love a good side by side before & after!

This commercial lobby had good bones, but we saw an opportunity to create a more welcoming, polished experience for everyone who walks through the doors. Together, we refreshed the space with layered textures, new artwork, updated lighting, and a more modern, elevated aesthetic while thoughtfully working with the existing architecture and flooring.

The result? A lobby that feels brighter, more inviting, and much more reflective of the quality of the building itself.

We love working with clients that know the details matter.
